Albert Hou has a diverse work experience in various industries. Albert started their career as a Radio DJ at a bilingual news show from 2015 to 2017. Albert then worked at Studio Classroom as a Magazine Editor, TV, and Radio Host, where they hosted and taught English programs and also edited and produced a monthly magazine. From 2018 to 2020, Albert worked at HTC Vive as a Content Operations Project Manager and Developer Relations, where they certified and published VR content and managed the launch of new VR content. Albert also worked on developer support, focusing on developer satisfaction and timely response to developer cases. In 2020, Albert worked at Digital Domain as a Business Developer, combining their teaching background and AR/VR experience to bring virtual humans to the education industry. Currently, Albert is working at VIVOTEK, where they have held two roles. As a Cloud VSaaS, Sr. Product Manager, they are responsible for developing video-surveillance-as-a-service apps and creating VSaaS licensing models. Albert is also a Product Manager at the Open Platform, where they develop hardware and software for OSSA cameras and devices and collaborates with international companies.
Albert Hou attended the University of California, Riverside, where they studied History and Gender Studies.
