Zachary Kauffman

Zachary Kauffman is an accomplished manufacturing operations leader with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Viwinco Windows since May 2021, Zachary previously held various leadership roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from July 2003 to May 2021, including Director of Operations, Assembly and Materials, and Manager of Lean Production Systems and Continuous Improvement. Zachary's diverse expertise encompasses operational management, lean production, and process engineering. Educationally, Zachary holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Penn State World Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Product and Systems Design from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
