Gary Stevenson

Gary Stevenson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gary began their career in 1978 at McGraw-Edison, where they served as the Corporate Manager of Human Resources and Director of Industrial Relations. During their time there, they successfully stabilized the workforce and improved the quality of work life for employees.

In 1982, Stevenson joined Arvin Industries (now Meritor) as the General Manager of Precision Components. Gary also served as the Purchasing Manager and implemented a strategic business development initiative that contributed to overall growth.

From 1985 to 1986, Stevenson worked at Cooper Industries (now Eaton) as the Manager of Service Operations. Gary collaborated with Human Resources to develop organizational development and succession plans for the company.

In 1986, Stevenson joined Thomas & Betts Corporation, where they held various leadership roles, including President of Operations and Named Executive. Gary was responsible for overseeing operations and executing strategic initiatives for the electrical and communication markets.

In 2000, Stevenson started their own business called Stevenson Racing, LLC. As the owner, they managed the company until 2009, focusing on their interests and passions.

From 2001 to 2009, Stevenson also owned Gary Stevenson Consulting, offering management consulting services in areas such as operations, business development, finance, general management, and human resources.

Lastly, in 2009, Stevenson joined Vixxo as the President of the Western Division. Vixxo is a technology-enabled asset management and business insights company that serves various industries, including restaurants, retail, convenience stores, and grocery.

Gary Stevenson attended the University of Louisville from 1974 to 1978, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce. Following this, from 1978 to 1980, they enrolled at Arizona State University and took graduate classes with a focus on the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.
