Jeffery Lalowski

Jeffery Lalowski has over 20 years of work experience in various IT roles. From 2015 to the present, they worked as a Senior IT Administrator and IT Operations Administrator at Vixxo. In this role, they administered Azure, O365, and company software, improved communication with O365 implementation, managed inventory of company assets, created and deployed desktop and laptop PCs, and worked directly with customers to resolve issues. Jeffery also utilized VNC and TeamViewer to troubleshoot systems across the U.S. and Canada, maintained Active Directory for PC organization and user memberships, configured accounts for proprietary software and web apps, troubleshooted Android and Apple endpoint devices, and administered Avaya System Manager.
