Matt Tadkowski

Matt Tadkowski is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in leading teams and projects across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Software Development Engineer at Vixxo since April 2008, Matt spearheads an agile team of five developers, implementing SCRUM and XP best practices. Previously, Matt was a Senior Programmer at Jasz Technology, where technical leadership was provided to a team of programmers and interns, and a Senior Technical Analyst at WorldCom, responsible for maintaining critical Classic ASP web applications for a global customer base. Early career experience includes serving as Team Lead for Applications Engineering at Enterprise Social Investment Corporation, where a significant transition from VB6 Client-Server to Classic ASP web applications was accomplished.
