Dawn Sprague

Dawn Sprague is an accomplished human resources leader with over two decades of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as VP People at Viz.ai since September 2022, Dawn also contributes as a member of CPOHQ, a platform for Chief People Officers. Previously, Dawn held positions including Vice President of Human Resources at Tempo Automation, where contributions focused on rapid product development, and VP of Human Resources at OSIsoft, overseeing global HR functions. Prior to OSIsoft, roles included HR Manager at SAFESecurity, Director of Training at Avolent, and Corporate Trainer at Accenture. Dawn holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
