Scott Lipsitz

Scott is the Chief Development Officer VIZI Healthcare. In his role, Scott is focused on key partnership development, capital formation and M&A initiatives.

Scott is a founding partner of Rainmaker Capital, a San Francisco-based investment bank providing M&A services and transaction services to emerging technology companies in media, communications and healthcare since 1995. A seasoned entrepreneur, Scott has been involved in and with a wide array of companies and transactions from early to late stage. He was a founder of eScene Networks (acquired by Inktomi), LicenseStream (acquired by Wright Media), and Driver Digital Holdings among many others. He has consulted with and built the corporate development infrastructure for both public and private enterprises.

Prior to joining VIZI Healthcare, Scott was a Senior Vice President of the Cloud Services group at Ribbon Communications (NASDAQ:RBBN) formerly Genband, a JP Morgan Chase company and a leader in network transformation serving over 1200 carrier clients. At Genband, Scott led a global team focused on providing real time communications solutions to major carriers and enterprises with an emphasis on embedded communications, unified communications and OTT consumer services. Scott holds a BA from the University of Michigan and enjoys playing electric and upright bass in local clubs throughout San Francisco.
