April Shomper

April Shomper has extensive experience in events strategy and marketing, currently serving as the Senior Director of Events Strategy & Planning at Vizient, Inc. since May 2013, progressing through various roles including Director of Events Strategy and Marketing and Events Program Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Andrews Kurth LLP from October 2006 to May 2013, where April held positions as Marketing Coordinator and Marketing/Recruiting Assistant, as well as an internship in Public and Media Relations at Sunwest Communications. April earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Texas Tech University in 2006.
