Robin Bradford

Robin Bradford serves as Senior Counsel at Vizient, Inc., providing legal guidance on contracts and intellectual property matters across various business groups since January 2019. Prior to this role, Robin held several key legal positions at McAfee, including Senior Director, where advisory responsibilities encompassed corporate products development and mergers and acquisitions. Experience also includes serving as Legal Manager at Intel Corporation, overseeing sales transaction attorneys, and holding senior roles at McAfee from 2008 to 2015, where responsibilities ranged from corporate law to negotiating major sales contracts. Earlier in career, Robin practiced as Of Counsel at Andrews Kurth Kenyon and as Partner and Associate at Arter and Hadden, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and securities law.
