Talya Meyerowitz

Talya Meyerowitz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, consulting, and coaching, currently serving as Senior Consulting Director and Executive High Reliability Coach at Vizient, Inc. since February 2023. Founder and President of A Respectful Workplace since 2012, Talya specializes in keynote speaking, workshop facilitation, and management consulting, focusing on performance and communication coaching. Talya has held various roles including Advisor at Barometer XP, facilitator and coach for Step Forward Leadership, and Administrator of ICARE Programming and Learning at University of Rochester Medical Center, where leadership and employee engagement values were emphasized. Additionally, Talya taught undergraduate leadership courses at Rochester Institute of Technology and worked as a case worker at Adoption STAR and trainer at the University of Rochester. Educational credentials include an MS Ed in Counselor Education from SUNY Brockport, a BFA in Acting from Syracuse University, and a certificate in Drama Therapy from The New School.
