Glen Kim

Glen Kim has a diverse work experience in the field of industrial design. Glen started their career as an Industrial Designer at RKS Design, where they contributed to various projects for clients such as HP, Nokia, JBL, and LG. Glen then worked as an Independent Design Consultant, providing design solutions for clients including Nike, JBL, Brine, and Flow Snowboards. Glen's next role was as a Senior Industrial Designer at Gateway/Acer, where they played a significant role in developing a new design identity and user interface for the complete line of Gateway products. Glen then became an Industrial Design Manager at Acer, leading the US Design Studio and delivering multiple award-winning programs. Currently, Glen works at VIZIO as the VP of Industrial Design, where they have transformed an in-house team to create a lean, creative, and capable design team. Glen has implemented proactive design approaches and conducted product audits to enhance efficiencies and improve ROI for both consumers and the company.

Glen Kim attended CSULB from 1995 to 2001, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design.
