Julia S. Gouw

Julia S. Gouw has served as a member of our board of directors and California VIZIO Holding Corp. board of directors since February 2021. From 2009 through her retirement in March 2016, Ms. Gouw served as President and Chief Operating Officer of East West Bancorp, Inc. and East West Bank, an independent bank, having previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 2008. Prior to East West Bank, Ms. Gouw was a Senior Audit Manager with the accounting firm KPMG LLP. Ms. Gouw has served on the board of directors of Pacific Life Insurance Company since 2011, serving as Chair of the Investment and Finance Committee, and Cascade Acquisition Corp. since November 2020, serving as Chair of the Audit Committee. Ms. Gouw is a co-founder of Piermont Bank and has served as Chair of the Board and Audit Committee since July 2019. Ms. Gouw has also served as a Commissioner of the Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) since September 2017. Ms. Gouw holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ms. Gouw was selected to serve on our board of directors because of her extensive operational experience and financial expertise, as well as her experience serving as a director of a public company.
