Matthew Marshall

Matthew Marshall is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Since May 2021, Matthew has held various leadership roles at VIZIO, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering, following positions as Senior Director, Director, and Senior Manager of Software Engineering. Prior to VIZIO, Matthew worked at Cisco from October 2013 to May 2021 as a Technical Lead and Contractor. Matthew co-founded uiink from February 2013 to April 2019, focusing on creating solutions for graphical user interfaces on a variety of devices. Additionally, Matthew served as a Senior Software Engineer at Samsung Telecommunications America from October 2009 to February 2013, where contributions included developing the launcher for Samsung Android devices and designing custom widget architecture for the Galaxy S4. Earlier in their career, Matthew was a Programmer at SnowballZ Group, specializing in OpenGL programming, network programming, and game engine development.
