Scott Patten is an experienced operations and support executive, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Tech Support at VIZIO since February 2009. In this role, Scott provides leadership for all VIZIO Call Center Operations, focusing on tactical planning for staffing through forecasting and productivity models.
