Shawna Batcha

Shawna Batcha has been in the professional workforce for over 25 years. Shawna began their career in 1997 as a Marketing Associate for Management Recruiters. In 2008, they moved to Optimal Capital as the Director of Client Relations. In 2022, they joined ViziRecruiter as the Director of Business Development.

Shawna Batcha attended Texas State University from 1987 to 1989 and then transferred to Texas A&M University, where they earned a BS degree between 1989 and 1991.
