Emma Durbidge's work experience begins in 2007 as an Administrator at Flame Employment. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at ABA Research in various roles including Senior Project Coordinator and Insight Project and Resourcing Manager. In 2018, they joined HARMAN International as a Channel Coordinator and later became a Senior Internal Sales Specialist and Project Manager. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Self-Employed Company Manager for Herts Theatre Club and Go Together Club. In 2020, they became a Customer Operations Manager at From Babies with Love. Emma then worked as an Inside Sales Representative at NewTek from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Project Management Office Coordinator at Vizrt Group, where they oversee project delivery and customer service programs.

Emma Durbidge completed their Bachelor's Degree in Performing and Visual Arts at the University of Birmingham from 2004 to 2007.
