Outhay Lovan

Outhay Lovan is the current Chief Strategy Officer at VizyPay. Outhay has over 11 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining VizyPay, Outhay was the VP of HR Operations at Avail Professional Services from November 2019 to October 2021. From July 2017 to November 2019, Outhay was the AVP of Employee Engagement/Client Operations at Businessolver. And from March 2016 to July 2017, Outhay was the HR Business Analyst at The Weitz Company. Outhay began their career in Human Resources as the Manager of HR Client Experience at Aureon in June 2010 and then became the Human Resources Manager at Urbandale Health Care Center in February 2009.

Outhay Lovan has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Upper Iowa University and is certified from SHRM in SHRM-CP.
