Steven Schneider

Steven Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Steven began their career in 1982 at Raytheon Company, where they held the position of Manager, Program Contracts for over 30 years. In this role, they demonstrated extensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulations (DFAR). Steven was responsible for various aspects of contract management, including proposal preparation, factfinding, negotiations, and pricing reviews. Steven also had expertise in negotiating contract terms and conditions, including incentive and award fee plans.

After leaving Raytheon in 2013, Steven worked as a self-employed Independent Consultant from 2014, providing consulting services. In 2016, they joined HR Block as a Tax Preparer, where they helped clients with their tax preparations. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Director of Contracting at VK Integrated Systems, where they oversee contracting activities for the company.

Steven Schneider has a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the San Fernando Valley College of Law. Steven also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
