Irina Sirenko

Irina Sirenko joined VK in 2022 as Vice President for Government Relations.

Before joining the team, she was Vice President for GR at Rostelecom. From 2011 to 2018, she was first Head of the Legal Department and then Deputy Head of the Department of Information Technology of the city of Moscow. From 2004 to 2011, she worked at the Ministry of Science and Education and the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media.

Irina Sirenko graduated from the State University of Management. She has earned a PhD in Law, and has an EMBA degree.
