Thijs Halewyck

Thijs Halewyck is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as a Business and Product Developer at Vlaams EnergieBedrijf since August 2021, after holding the role of Junior Business Developer in Energy Efficiency. Prior experience includes a position as Junior Pilot Support at Colruyt Group and a student job as a Sales, Marketing and Development Assistant at Tifogroup. Thijs also has a background in lifeguarding with IKWV, where a post-master certificate was earned following a practical boat exam. Academically, Thijs holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering: Data Analytics from Ghent University and a Master's in Ingeniería de Organización from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, as well as completing a postgraduate degree in Energy Monitoring and Energy Transition at HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen.
