Han van der Ven

Han van der Ven is an experienced professional with a strong background in project and performance management. Currently serving as a Manager Advisor in Business Performance Management at KPMG Belgium since September 2019, Han also holds positions on the board of De Ruimtevaart and as a Project Manager at Digitaal Vlaanderen since April 2023. As the Founder and Artistic Director of KaasWol KSWL, Han combines creativity with leadership, and has also contributed significantly to the field of improvisational theatre as an Improvisator, Docent, and Regisseur at Swaajp Improtheater from October 2016 to July 2024. Previous roles include Performance Management Specialist at Colruyt Group, Project Facilitator at Agentschap Zorg en Gezondheid, and multiple project management positions at Napoleon Sports & Casino and Konato NV. Han's educational credentials include two Master's degrees in Theoretical Physics and Mathematical Sciences, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Natural and Astronomical Sciences from Utrecht University.
