Ilse Schoofs

Ilse Schoofs is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in organizational design, career coaching, and HR business partnership roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Digitaal Vlaanderen since March 2022, Ilse has also been operating as a freelance HR consultant and career coach since early 2020. Previous positions include Site Manager and HR Business Partner at Melexis, where responsibilities encompassed local HR management in the USA and project management for the Oracle e-Business Suite R12 implementation. Ilse has held various managerial and consultancy roles in other organizations, including tourism and event management, with a strong focus on strategy optimization and development.
