Amber Sertons

Amber Sertons currently serves as an HR Advisor at VLC & Partners, where responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and guiding management in performance assessment and coaching. Prior to this role, Amber worked at Van Lanschot Chabot as a Policy Management Employee, managing policy creation and administrative tasks. Amber also gained valuable experience as a student member of the HRM Program Committee and the Academic Council at Avans Hogeschool, contributing to curriculum improvements and offering strategic advice to the program's management. Amber holds a Master's degree in Organization Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management, both from Tilburg University and Avans University of Applied Sciences, respectively. Early academic achievements include a Havo diploma in Nature & Health from Sint-janslyceum.
