Arne Schaumont

Arne Schaumont is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Leadership Coach and Researcher at Vlerick Business School since January 2022, Arne previously held the position of HR Manager at Edgard & Cooper from October 2019 to September 2021, where significant strides were made in developing a comprehensive People strategy for a growing organization. Arne's career began at The Adecco Group as a Management Trainee from August 2018 to September 2019, culminating in a unique brief tenure as HR Director, where insights on millennial perspectives were shared in high-level meetings. Arne holds an ACTP Certified Integral Coach Training degree from YourCoach BVBA and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ghent University.
