Zaenal Arifin is a lecturer of the Management study program, Faculty of Business and Economics (FBE), holding Master and Doctoral degrees from Universitas Indonesia. He had taken office as the Head of Academic Development Office (2004-2006), Head of Management Study Program (2006-2010), and Coordinator of Master Program of Management (2010-2014, 2014-2018).
