Overseer Dr Jeremiah Toney

Dr. Jeremiah Toney has extensive work experience in the religious and military sectors. Overseer Dr Jeremiah was the Founder, CEO, and Senior Professor at Bethel Bible College & Seminary since January 2013. Prior to that, they founded Changing Hearts Ministries International and served as the Founder and Overseer since September 2002. At the same time, they also served as the Overseer and Bishop of Heart of Their Voice Fellowship of Churches. Before transitioning to the religious field, Dr. Toney worked as a Chaplain in the military from 1995 to 2002.

Overseer Dr. Jeremiah Toney's education history showcases their dedication to Christian education and ministry. In 2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Ministry at Amridge University, which they completed in 2002. Seeking further specialization, they then enrolled at Newburgh Theological Seminary in 2011 and obtained a Master of Arts in Christian Education in 2012, focusing on education within a Christian context. Driven to deepen their knowledge and credentials, Dr. Toney returned to Newburgh Theological Seminary in 2013, where they completed their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), specializing in Christian Education. Their educational journey highlights their commitment to advancing their expertise in Christian education and ministry.
