Suraj Kumar Naidu

Suraj Kumar Naidu has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Suraj Kumar started their career in 1992 as a Senior Captain at Holiday Inn in Hyderabad. Suraj Kumar then worked as a Training Development Executive at Holiday Inn in Pune from 1995 to 1997. From 1997 to 1998, they served as the General Manager of Victor Palace, a 3-star property. Suraj Kumar later became the General Manager of Hotel Shalini Palace from 1998 to 2001. Subsequently, they joined Sindoori Group of Hotels and Restaurants in Andhra Pradesh as their General Manager from 2001 to 2004. Suraj Kumar then joined Mphasis, an HP company, as Manager Administration and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2018, they held the position of Sr. Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at pi international Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Currently, they are the Director of Operations & Compliance at VLMS Global Healthcare, and from 2023 onwards, they will serve as their Chief Operating Officer.

Suraj Kumar Naidu has a P.G. Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Tech, specializing in Hospitality Administration/Management from Compliance Advisor. Suraj Kumar also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Motivational Pathway. Additionally, they completed their high school education at St Mary's High School in Hubli, Karnataka. In terms of certifications, Suraj Kumar Naidu is a Certified HIPAA Professional, obtained in 2013 and 2016 from ecfirst. Suraj Kumar also completed the Information Security Management System (ISMS) Lead Auditor Training Course from STQC in 2012.
