Amit Raviv

Amit Raviv is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel at VLP Law Group LLP since June 2023. Previously, Amit held positions as a Contract Attorney at FLEX by Fenwick, where advisory work focused on corporate governance for startup companies and venture capital funds, and as a Senior Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, counseling clients on major strategic investment transactions within the M&A and Corporate Transactional Group. Earlier roles include work as an Associate at Baker & Hostetler LLP and Seward & Kissel LLP, where Amit advised on corporate transactions and complex commercial agreements. Early legal experience includes externships at the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Bankruptcy Court, as well as a Research Associate position providing pro bono legal assistance. Amit holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in American History from the University of California, Davis.
