Ben Carroll

Ben Carroll is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in patent and trademark prosecution. Currently serving as Counsel at VLP Law Group LLP since January 2021, Ben has previously held positions as an Associate at Patent Law Works LLP from August 2015 to January 2021 and as Outside Legal Counsel for Patent Prosecution in 2015-2016. Ben's early career includes significant engineering experience as a Design Engineer at Arctoro Design from May 2012 to May 2015 and a Summer Associate role at Keller Jolley & Preece in 2013-2014, focusing on patent law. Ben holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Patent Law from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Utah State University.
