David Jargiello

David Jargiello is an accomplished attorney and academic with extensive experience in venture capital and corporate law. Currently serving as Partner and General Counsel at VLP Law Group LLP since 2017, Jargiello also lectures on Professional Responsibility at both Stanford Law School and the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law. Jargiello has a longstanding association with Flywheel Ventures as a Venture Partner, actively involved in investment activities and supporting portfolio companies. Previous roles include Principal at their own law office, and significant positions at Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe, Venture Law Group, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Jargiello holds a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, an MS from Stanford University, and a BA from Case Western Reserve University.
