Austin Winger

Austin Winger is a seasoned finance professional, currently serving as Principal at I Squared Capital since January 2020. In addition to this role, Winger holds board member positions at Silvertip and VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC, both established in August 2022. Prior experience includes roles in Energy Private Equity at KKR & Co. Inc. from April 2017 to December 2019 and at Riverstone Holdings from July 2015 to April 2017. Winger began a career in finance as an Analyst at Moelis & Company from July 2013 to June 2015. Earlier, Winger completed a missionary service with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints from August 2007 to July 2009. Winger earned a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School, graduating in 2013, and attended Lone Peak High School from 2004 to 2007.
