Miguel Jimarez

Miguel Jimarez is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in Flip Chip technology and product management. From March 2019, Miguel has been retired, having previously served as Vice President of Engineering Research and Development at Amkor Technology, Inc. from August 2003 to August 2019, where leadership in new product introduction and management of customer-focused product requirements were key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Miguel worked as a Senior Engineer at IBM from March 1986 to August 2003, leading global teams in the development and qualification of laminate Flip Chip products. Miguel holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from New Mexico State University and two degrees in Chemistry from The University of Texas at El Paso.
