Justus Kirchhoff

Head of Ops at vly

Justus Kirchhoff is the current Head of Ops at vly. Prior to this, they worked as a consulting intern at Roland Berger, where they conceptualised an artificial intelligence project for a federal ministry, supported the development of a quantitative performance measurement system of corporate work-life balance policies for a federal ministry, and analysed the relationship between the smart city achievements and socio-economic data of 150 cities worldwide for a study on smart cities. Justus also interned at KfW, where they developed new indicators for project target achievement, researched potential new credit and investment opportunities, and wrote reports about ongoing projects for the Federal Government. Justus has also worked as a strategy intern at thyssenkrupp Steel Europe and as a research intern at the ifo Institute – Leibniz Institute for Economic Research. Justus has also served as a research assistant at Peking University.

Justus Kirchhoff has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, a Master of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Cambridge, and a MicroMasters in Data, Economics, and Development Policy from MITx on edX. Justus also has a certification from the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China in HSK Chinese Level 3.
