Patryk Sochan

Patryk Sochan has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Patryk began their career at ContactPoint as a Lider operacyjny / Szef Zmiany from March 2010 to September 2013. Patryk then joined ULTIMO where they held multiple roles including Team Leader from September 2013 to October 2015, Manager from October 2015 to September 2016, Kierownik projektu from September 2016 to June 2018, and finally, Head of Contact Center from June 2018 to June 2019.

After ULTIMO, Patryk worked at Hi-P Poland as a Supervisor of logistic and warehouse from July 2019 to December 2019.

In 2020, they joined IT Hunters as a Strategic Client Manager from February 2020 to July 2020. Later in September 2020, they moved to VM.PL Software House and worked as an IT Recruiter until August 2022. Patryk then took on the role of Senior Recruitment Team Lead from August 2022 to the present.

From 2006 to 2011, Patryk Sochan attended Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania w Rzeszowie. During their time at the institution, they pursued a degree in Komunikacja społeczna i public relations and successfully obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree.
