Nathalie Guion

Nathalie Guion is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Since February 2016, Nathalie has worked at VMA Louvain-la-Neuve as an HR Business Partner and previously as an HR Officer. Nathalie's earlier experience includes a long tenure at Lafuma from October 1992 to January 2016 as a Back Office Manager, where responsibilities encompassed client management, commercial statistics, contract and supply management, recruitment, accounting, and logistics. Nathalie's career began with a role at IBM as a Stagiaire Onem, focusing on internal expense management and secretarial support for a large sales team. Nathalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Animation Socio Culturelle des Loisirs et du Tourisme from Ecsedi-Isalt and a CESS from Collège Saint-Hubert.
