Joanna F.

Joanna F. is an experienced technical manager currently employed at VMG Group since July 2020, overseeing the technical condition of machinery, order processes, and service operations. Previously, Joanna held similar roles at IKEA from November 2014 to July 2020, where responsibilities included managing spare parts inventory and budget oversight. Joanna has participated in the International Female Potential Program developed by IKEA Industry to promote women's leadership in management positions and has a Master's degree in Management and Production Engineering from Lodz University of Technology.
