Dale Egan

Dale Egan has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Dale is currently working as the General Counsel at VMG Health since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bye Aerospace, Inc. as a Business Counsel from June 2015 to January 2022. Dale also worked as a Corporate & IP Lawyer at von Briesen & Roper, s.c. from October 2016 to October 2020. Additionally, Dale served as an Associate General Counsel, M&A at Emerson from June 2015 to April 2016. Before that, they held multiple roles at American Appraisal, a division of Duff & Phelps, including Global General Counsel from 2001 to 2015, Associate General Counsel from 1995 to 2001, and Financial Valuation Consultant, Intellectual Property from 1995 to 1997. Dale started their career as a Staff Attorney at Ryan Kromholz & Manion in 1994.

After completing their undergraduate studies in 1990, Dale attended Marquette University Law School from 1991 to 1994. In 1993, they briefly attended Notre Dame Law School, specializing in International & Comparative Law.
