Katalin Nyitrai is a seasoned professional in experience strategy and communications, currently serving as a Senior Experience Strategist at VML MAP since January 2024. Previously, Katalin worked at Wunderman Thompson MAP, where roles included Communications Strategist and Campaign Specialist, focusing on cross-channel marketing strategies and enhancing personalized customer experiences through data-driven storytelling. With experience supporting global clients and leading client workshops, Katalin has a proven track record in identifying customer lifecycle opportunities and collaborating with creative teams. Prior positions include Head Waitress at Rositas Bistro, where exceptional customer service skills were honed, and a Marketing Intern at Streetammo, where Katalin gained hands-on experience in content creation and social media strategy.
