Noëlle Lageweg

Noëlle Lageweg is an experienced consultant currently serving as an Associate Consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants since November 2021. Previously, Noëlle worked as an Associate at EY-Parthenon and held roles in various capacities at SphereMa and SphereMall, focusing on business analysis and ownership in a rapidly growing scale-up environment. Noëlle's early career included positions as a Junior Consultant at WR Werving en Selectie and as a Student Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Erasmus School of Economics. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Data Science & Marketing Analytics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Economics from Erasmus School of Economics, alongside a Bachelor's exchange program at Università Bocconi.
