Pallavi Railkar

Pallavi Railkar currently serves as the Head of Legal at VMock since November 2023. Prior to this role, Pallavi was the Senior Associate Counsel at Redaptive, Inc. from January 2022 to June 2023 and worked as a Senior Associate at Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors, focusing on M&A, General Corporate, Joint Ventures, and Venture Capital from October 2020 to December 2021. Pallavi's earlier experience includes positions as an Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where responsibilities encompassed Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and General Corporate matters from June 2013 to April 2015, and at Khaitan & Co, specializing in General Corporate Advisory and M&A from July 2011 to May 2013. Academically, Pallavi obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from Columbia Law School (2016-2017) and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons) degree from National Law Institute University, Bhopal (2006-2011).
