Avik Baskovchyan

Avik Baskovchyan is a Senior QA Analyst at VMS Software Inc., with experience in academia as a University Lecturer at the European University of Armenia since September 2021. Prior to this role, Avik held positions at Synopsys Inc. as a BVR R&D Engineer, progressing from Engineer 1 to Engineer 2 between September 2018 and March 2023, as well as an IT Support Specialist at MTS Group for a brief period in 2018. Avik has an extensive educational background from the European University of Armenia, culminating in a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Automation Systems, along with Master’s and Bachelor's degrees in VLSI design, and an additional Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Early education was completed at Manuk Abeghyan No. 3 high school.
