David Rader

David Rader is a seasoned procurement and contract specialist with extensive experience in federal acquisitions, particularly in construction and architectural engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Contract Specialist for Veterans Management Services, Inc. since October 2023, David provides advanced support to the Forest Service, specializing in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and managing complex procurement processes. David's previous roles include Procurement Specialist at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Subcontracts Administrator at BAE Systems, and U.S. Government Contracting Officer for the Department of Veterans Affairs, among others.
