Laura Hackett

Laura Hackett, M.Ed., is an experienced instructional systems designer and project manager currently employed by Veterans Management Services, Inc. since July 2023. With a robust background in education and instructional design spanning over a decade, Laura has held various roles in Anne Arundel County Public Schools since August 2016, where responsibilities have included managing student-driven projects, adapting curriculum for diverse learners, and directing summer scholarship programs. Previous positions include lead instructional systems designer at Crew Training International, educator and instructional designer at Prince George's County Public Schools, and multiple educator roles in Fairfax County Public Schools. Laura holds a Master of Education from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
