Minh Truong has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 2012, they worked as an HR Specialist at Jolie Siam JSC until February 2015. Then, from April 2016 to June 2017, they served as an HR Generalist at GIVI. In 2015, they had a role as an Area HR Operations Specialist at Damco. After that, from July 2017 to August 2020, they worked as a C&B Senior Consultant at PERSOLKELLY Vietnam. In February 2020, Minh Truong joined AB InBev South East Asia as a Total Rewards, People Specialist, where they managed various HR functions including C&B, HRIS, and payroll vendors. Finally, starting in April 2022, they joined VNG Corporation with positions including Senior Compensation Specialist (SEA), Snr Global HR Specialist, and eventually Global HR Lead, starting in September 2023.

Minh Truong completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing/Management at RMIT University from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Luu Van Liet Highschool from 2004 to 2007, acquiring basic knowledge. Minh Truong also holds several additional certifications, including Certified Total Rewards Specialist (CTRS) from the ASEAN Total Rewards Institute in 2022, and various certifications obtained from LinkedIn in 2020, such as Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits, Thriving @ Work: Leveraging the Connection between Well-Being and Productivity, Boosting Your Team's Productivity, Certification Prep: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and Delivery Tips for Speaking in Public.
