Tô Chí Thành has a strong background in mobile game programming, starting with their role as a Mobile Game Programmer in Gameloft's BREW team from July 2009 to October 2010. Tô Chí quickly adapted to the new platform, completed tasks on time, and achieved expected results.
Tô Chí then moved on to the HD+ team at Gameloft, where they worked as a Senior Mobile Game Programmer from October 2010 to August 2011. Tô Chí successfully completed their first project and became the first person in Gameloft Vietnam to make the Irrlitch engine work on Symbian.
In 2011, Tô Chí Thành joined VNG Corporation as a Senior Social Game Programmer, where they worked on a game project named Hang Rong. Tô Chí coded with Action Script running on Java Flash web and interacted with the Zing Me social network.
In 2013, following the success of the Hang Rong game, Tô Chí Thành was assigned a new project on mobile - Khu Vuon Tren May Mobile, where they served as the Lead Software Engineer. In this role, they built the game engine and a flexible data loading function using C++ language, allowing the game to change resources and run frequent events without requiring users to update the new version.
Since April 2016, Tô Chí Thành has continued their career at VNG Corporation as a Lead Software Engineer, with no specified end date for this role.
Tô Chí Thành obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from VNUHCM-University of Science in 2009. Tô Chí then pursued an MBA at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City from 2010 to 2013.
