Ngoc Lai The, ACCA has had a varied and extensive work experience. In 2021, they were the Head of Customer Profile Management at VNLIFE. In 2019, they were the Head of Online and Business Efficiency Manager at Phong Vu Trading - Service Company, where they designed new reconciliation processes and incentive schemes, implemented portfolio management and product life cycle, and launched a Price and Promotion Management Module. In 2018, they were a Data Analyst at TEKO Việt Nam, where they collaborated with the Chief Data Officer to launch Business Intelligent System, Datawarehouse, and automatic reporting email service. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at KPMG Viet Nam, where they held roles as Assistant Manager, Audit Senior, and Audit Assistant. Ngoc was responsible for planning and supervising audits, identifying accounting issues, and developing management skills. In 2011, they were an Intern at KPMG Vietnam.

Ngoc Lai The obtained a Bachelor's degree in Auditing from National Economics University (Vietnam) between 2008 and 2012. In 2017, they obtained the ACCA certification from ACCA. Additionally, they have also obtained the IELTS 7.0 certification from the British Council.
