Marjolein Ten Hoonte

Marjolein ten Hoonte has extensive experience in the labor market sector, currently serving as the Directeur arbeidsmarkt en MVO at Randstad Groep Nederland since January 2011, overseeing operations in 37 countries with a workforce of 37,000 and maintaining a global market position of #1. In addition to this role, Marjolein ten Hoonte holds several positions within VNO-NCW, including board member for both the Stichting Management Studies and the Human Capital Network for the Amsterdam Metropolis, as well as participation in the labor market policy committee since 2012.
