Theo J.m. Heere

Theo J.M. Heere possesses extensive experience in board leadership and management, currently serving as a Member of the Board at VNO-NCW and Managing Director at VBZ, the Association for the Dutch Confectionery Industry. With a strong background in interim management through Heere Consultancy, Theo has provided consultancy services focused on organizational changes and corporate strategy across various sectors, including food and healthcare. Previous roles include CEO of Numico Netherlands, where responsibility encompassed full P&L oversight and strategic leadership in the fields of nutrition and food supplements. Theo was also a candidate for the European Parliament representing the 50Plus Party and has held significant consulting positions in executive search and interim management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Medicine from Erasmus University Rotterdam and further executive education at IMD.
