Michele Molitor, CPCC, PCC, CCHt, is a seasoned executive coach, consultant, and author with extensive experience in coaching individuals facing imposter syndrome and perfectionism. As the co-author of "I Am Perfectly Flawsome," Michele provides insights on overcoming the detrimental effects of perfectionism. Founder of Nectar Consulting, Michele utilizes the unique Rapid Rewiring TM approach, integrating emotional intelligence and neuroscience to foster positive mindset shifts.
