Mareike Müller has extensive work experience in customer experience management and customer relations. Mareike was most recently the Head of Customer Experience Management at VNR Verlag für die Deutsche Wirtschaft AG since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Shore GmbH where they held various roles including Head of Customer Relations & Customer Success from June 2017 to September 2018, Teamlead Customer Relations from March 2016 to May 2017, and Account-Manager in January and February 2016.

Mareike Müller has a Bachelor's degree in General Management with a focus on Marketing Management & Business Psychology, which they obtained from CBS International Business School. Mareike completed this degree between 2010 and 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts in International Culture & Management - Emerging Markets, also at CBS International Business School, from 2013 to 2015.
